By accessing or using Kōjō Communication Academy's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kōjō Communication Academy provides the following services:

• Versant Pro Trainer app: Web-based practice for the Versant English test, including free practice, AI feedback via Practice Tokens, mock tests, and the Pronunciation Dojo.
• One-on-one coaching: Live online Versant and business English coaching sessions.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person

4. Purchases, Subscriptions and Payments

Practice Tokens and the Versant Interview Check are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal. Where subscription plans are offered, they renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date. All prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout (USD for international customers, JPY for Japanese customers).

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. Coaching packages are subject to the cancellation and refund terms shown in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our materials
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

7. Restrictions

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Kōjō Communication Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, and we do not guarantee specific test scores or language proficiency outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kōjō Communication Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Violations

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access, or take legal action, in the event of a violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. International customers may also have rights under the consumer protection laws of their own country.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
