Prices are listed on each product page. Japanese customers are charged in JPY (tax included); international customers are charged in USD. Coaching and app prices may be adjusted for regional currencies where available.
Additional Fees
Internet connection fees, data usage fees, and any payment-provider or foreign-transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Timing
Credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are charged immediately upon order. App credits and access are unlocked once payment is confirmed.
Delivery Timing / Service Provision
Versant Pro Trainer app: Free practice is available immediately after registration. Practice Tokens and AI feedback credits are added to your account once payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
Coaching sessions: Conducted live via Zoom at the reserved time after booking through the coaching page and TidyCal.
Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Digital content / app
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or cancellations are not available after purchase. Practice Tokens and AI feedback credits are consumed when used and cannot be returned.
Any subscription or recurring plan can be canceled before the next renewal date; no partial or prorated refunds are provided after billing.
Coaching sessions
Trial session ($25): Non-refundable.
2-Session, 4-Session, and 6-Session Courses: Refundable on a prorated basis depending on how many sessions have already been used. Once a session has been used, the cost of that session is deducted from the refund.
You may reschedule any session free of charge if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours, or missed sessions, count as a used session and are not refunded.
Refunds for technical or service issues
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a service and no alternative can be provided, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription and Token Billing Information
Versant Pro Trainer app — free tier: Parts A–C practice, recording, and model answers are free. You receive 3 free AI-scored sessions to try the full feedback.
Practice Tokens: One-time purchases (no subscription, no auto-renewal). Token bundles start at $0.99 for 20 tokens and go up to $5.99 for 200 tokens. Full mock tests cost 20 tokens; Pronunciation Dojo costs 2 tokens per script.
Versant Interview Check: One-time purchase of $0.99.
For customers in regions with subscription plans, monthly/annual plans can be canceled at any time before the next renewal; no prorated refunds.
