Versant Pro Trainer App (Digital Product)

As a digital product with immediate access, the Versant Pro Trainer app is generally non-refundable after purchase or subscription activation.

Exceptions:

  • • Technical issues preventing service access (if no alternative solution is available)
  • • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • • Within 7 days of first subscription if you have not used the service

Coaching Sessions

Cancellation Policy:

  • 24+ hours before session: Full refund available
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund available
  • No-shows: Session fee is forfeited

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel through your account settings
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle
  • No cancellation fees
