Versant Pro Trainer App (Digital Product)
As a digital product with immediate access, the Versant Pro Trainer app is generally non-refundable after purchase or subscription activation.
Exceptions:
- • Technical issues preventing service access (if no alternative solution is available)
- • Billing errors or duplicate charges
- • Within 7 days of first subscription if you have not used the service
Coaching Sessions
Cancellation Policy:
- ✓24+ hours before session: Full refund available
- ✗Less than 24 hours: No refund available
- •No-shows: Session fee is forfeited
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancel through your account settings
- Access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle
- No cancellation fees
