Refund & Cancellation Policy

Versant Pro Trainer App (Digital Product)

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or cancellations are not available after purchase. Practice Tokens and AI feedback credits are consumed when used and cannot be returned.

Coaching Sessions

Trial session ($25): Non-refundable.
2-Session, 4-Session, and 6-Session Courses: Refundable on a prorated basis depending on how many sessions have already been used. Once a session has been used, the cost of that session is deducted from the refund.

Rescheduling and late cancellations:

• ✓24+ hours before session: Reschedule free of charge
• ✗Less than 24 hours: Counts as a used session, no refund
• •No-shows: Session fee is forfeited

Subscription and Token Cancellations

Practice Tokens and the Versant Interview Check are one-time purchases with no subscription or auto-renewal.

• Any subscription or recurring plan can be canceled before the next renewal date
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial or prorated refunds for unused time or tokens
• No cancellation fees

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy, please contact us through our contact form.

Please include your order number, account email, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 3-5 business days.

Payment Disputes

If you have a dispute about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
