1. Self-Study Course & App Access 1. 自習コースおよびアプリの返金

• No refunds after purchase for self-study courses. 自習コース購入後の返金は不可です。
• App subscriptions can be refunded within 24 hours of first purchase, provided no content has been accessed. アプリのサブスクリプションは、初回購入から24時間以内に限り、未使用の場合に限り返金可能です。

2. Coaching Sessions 2. コーチングセッションのキャンセル

• Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule. セッションのキャンセルは24時間前までに行う必要があります。これに満たない場合、返金または振替はできません。
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable. 24時間を切ったキャンセルは返金できません。

Refunds may be granted in cases where technical issues prevent access and no alternative solution is provided. 技術的な問題によりアクセスが不可能であり、代替手段が提供されない場合は、返金の対象となる場合があります。
