Meet the Kojo Sales eLearning Team

Anderson Hirst

Consulting Director

Anderson has been active in sales consulting and sales training for 20 years. He has sold, designed and delivered a very wide range of sales improvement projects. Having worked for both pureplay training firms and online specialists, he has a unique talent in blending the two.  With an MBA at Warwick Business School, Anderson also brings a research / evidence-based rigour to client project design.


Debbie Lawley

Technical Director

Debbie has worked for several decades in rapid-change, exciting environments as a Learning & Development technologist and entrepreneur. Debbie built the IT services division for Orange from launch and has subsequently worked for many high tech companies, including Oracle, Ericssons, O2 and Reuters. As CEO of WillowDNA, she has provided online elearning services to many leading names, including John Lewis and PepsiCo. Debbie is delighted to be Technical Director for Kojo’s sales elearning services.


Helen Wilcox

Operations Director

Helen has wide ranging experience across all aspects of international consulting project management. She has worked on over 100 client projects, co-ordinating consultants and content.  Helen is also used to working with the demanding deadlines that tend to accompany sales elearning and sales improvement projects. Having worked in a variety of critical healthcare settings, she brings a discipline and level of quality to all the work she does at Kojo.

Jon Atkey

Finance Director

Jon is the Finance Director for Kojo. As Finance Director of WillowDNA, Jon has a wealth of experience in online learning, which he brings to Kojo and our customers. Jon also has a rich history in some demanding roles as Head of International Unit at HM Land Registry in the UK and bureau member of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe’s Working Party on Land Administration.
